MDF Applauded for Supporting Sports Development

The Akwanga Football Referee's Society has expressed appreciation to the Maikaya Development Foundation for its support toward the development of refereeing and sports knowledge in the community. In a letter dated March 4, 2026, the society commended the foundation’s Chief Executive Officer, Muhammed Maikaya, for his commitment to advancing sports and capacity building among referees. 

Chairman of the society, Abubakar Labaran, said the foundation’s gesture has significantly enhanced the knowledge and professional growth of referees in the area. He described the support as a reflection of Maikaya’s dedication to community development and prayed for continued blessings upon him for his contributions.
